Are Swig Life products dishwasher safe?
Yes! All of our tumblers, bottles, and mugs are top-rack dishwasher safe, making cleanup effortless while maintaining the integrity of our signature designs.
How long will my drink stay cold or hot?
Thanks to our triple-insulated vacuum technology, most Swig Life vessels keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We stand by our quality. Swig Life offers a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware issues to ensure your hydration stays stylish for years.
When will my order ship?

Are the lids spill-proof or leak-proof?
Most of our products feature spill-resistant slider lids. While they prevent major splashes during movement, they are not designed to be 100% leak-proof if turned completely upside down.
