At Swig Life, we want you to love your insulated drinkware and accessories as much as we do. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your Swig Life products in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back to us safely and without damage.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
